Monmouth Generals FC - Behind The Badge

In American sports, logos are not usually location specific, they have no connection with the local community. Soccer on the other hand has a connection with the local community, on and off of the field. When you look at a soccer logo, it usually has a connection with the community.

Monmouth Generals FC is no different. The name is a perfect fit for Monmouth County because of the Battle Of Monmouth which was an American Revolutionary War battle fought on June 28, 1778 in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
